PREVIEW

KILLARNEY'S vs MARTY'S
Killarney's will look to rebound after a tough loss last week to Savoy's 10-0 but this week will not get much easier as they face Marty's. Marty's has gotten production from a variety of sources, including familiar ones such as Thomas Binetti, Mike Carr and Jimmy Kiernen. Killarney's has 5 players with multiple points, but will need a huge effort to pull out the win.

GAME RECAP

Marty's took quick control of this game with 4 goals in the 1st period and added 4 more in the 2nd. John Lackey and Thomas Binetti with 5 points each on the day accounting for points on Marty's 11 goals.

PREVIEW

SAVOYS vs ENTERPRISE
Another game that pits a giant against an underdog. Enterprise has found a way to score in recent weeks against solid competition but this could possibly be their toughest game. Savoys has been scoring in bunches lately and it very well could continue this week. If Enterprise is to have a chance goaltender Sean Coughi will need to have his best game yet.

RECAP

A tough morning for Enterprise facing  Savoy's who has been on a roll and is a power house to the league in general had a tough day controling the big 3 who combined with 9 goals and 9 assists with Jay Astbury scoring 8 of those points. Savoy's stays undefeated and gets ready to face the undefeated Snipers next week.

PREVIEW

 RAM LAW vs PAPP ELECTRIC
After a solid start for Papps they slowed down a bit last week in an 8-2 loss to Marty's but are facing a struggling Ram Law team that is need of a big win having lost 4 of their last 5. They will need to use their speed on offense with Rob Shagon and Heath Lewis to counteract the Luber brothers for Papps.

RECAP

Ram Law and Papp's coming into the game Ram Law lost their last 3 games with a record of 2-4 and Papp's at 500 at 3-3 Ram Law looking to stay in the hunt Papp's looking for space. Goals by Kevin Luber for Papp's and Rob Shagon in the 1st period kept the game tied at 1 until the 3rd period. When Ram Law's Rob Shagon scored 2 with just over a minute apart to but them up 3-1. Papp's never gave up and put up a good fighting effort and scored a late goal at 2:47 but time and an empty net goal finished off Papp's now both teams are at 3-4.

PREVIEW

KATMANDU vs JERSEY SNIPERS
This game is a bit of a rivalry game even though these two teams have never met. A few former Kat players now play for the Snipers and Katmandu will be looking to prove they are the better team. Mike Klein has been playing well of late and if he can keep his eye on the prize he will surely make a difference. The Snipers will be without a few of their big names due to suspensions will still be a tough team to beat.

GAME RECAP

2 Teams with opposite records 1 team undefeated the other with 1 win. Sunday you probably wouldn't know which team was which. Both teams battled to the end. KatManDU jumped to an early lead just one minute in the game 1-0, Snipers came back with 2 goals to end the period 2-1. Kat then struck twice in the 2nd period  to take a 3-2 lead which held until 4:37 of the 3rd period when Gary Monaco tied the game and send it into overtime. With just :45 seconds of overtime brother John Monaco scores the game winner and keeps Snipers undefeated and sets up their match up with Savoy's this week.

 PREVIEW

WILDFLOWERS vs STONECUTTERS
These teams have always had great games, going to overtime nearly every time they meet. The Stonecutters new found offense will likely pose a larger threat for Wildflowers who have played a little inconsistently as of late. Still, I would expect this to be the game of the day with the winning team winning by no more than a goal.

GAME RECAP

These 2 teams since their double overtime play-off games last season they are slowly becoming a good competive rivarly games where at the moment Stonecutters have edged them out in close games. This game was a nip and tuck and a physical game. Wildflowers trying to get in the right direction and falling short not by a lack of effort and Stonecutters getting better each week looking to stay pace with the top 3 teams. Cutters took and 1-0 lead from a goal by Chris Blessing, even though the game was in reach for a while Cutters never looked back. It was 3-0 at the end of 2. Cutters go on to win  7-1 with 2 with Chris Cresenzo scoring a goal and 2 assists. Jon Kuncker ended the shut-out with 1:07 left in the game, for Francois Bourbeau who was in net for the Cutters.
