Preview/Recap

 PREVIEW

Ram Law will be looking to rebound after a tough loss last week, but they'll have their hands full with the defending champs. Mike Dipillia will have to have a strong game in net to keep the team in it and hope they catch Savoy's sleeping after a big 2-1 win over Marty's Place last week.

GAME RECAP

Ram Law needing a win and Savoy's looking to stay undefeated in a early morning match up. Savoy's always puts on the pressure and this game apparently was any different taking a 1-0 lead at 8:05 by Jay Astbury who has been on a roll so far with 10pts in 4 games. At 9:51 of the 2nd period Eric Collins tied it with a powerplay goal. But at 6:01 of the 2nd period it came to a hault for Ram Law, Craig Hartman scored 2 goals in a span of :31 and that was all that was needed. Savoy's ended up winning 6-1.

PREVIEW

KatManDu will be looking to get rid of the goose egg in the win column this week, while Killarney's will be looking to carry momentum from a big win over Ram Law last week. Last season fromerly known as Rosa's split the series, but this year Killarney's has revamped, but KatManDu if they have a bench could be hard to deal with. This game could go either way, and each team will look to establish themselves as a legitimate play-off contender this year. This is a game that at the end of the regular season each team could look back on and could affect the standings.

RECAP

KatManDu needing a win and Killareny's coming off a good win last week will a win due overcome momentum? In the first period both teams exchange goals at 1 a piece. But it was the 2nd period that opened up for KatManDu with goals by Bill Murphy, Mike Klein and Mark Odenheimer. to give Kat a 4-1 lead. Depsite late goals by Brian Beatty and Steve Ent KatManDu earns their 1st win with a final 7-3.

Preview/Recap

PREVIEW

Marty's coming off of their first loss to a big rival, and losing a top player in Corey Tulband for at least 3-6 months, they will be looking to make a statement this week. Enterprise, a team of individual players that came into the season and are trying to gel in a very short time, not easy to do. They will be facing last year's runner up and possiblely their toughest opponent to date. Enterprise will need to come up big early and watch the early firings from the sharp shooters of Marty's. If Marty's scores early it will be an uphill battle for Enterprise. Worth watching is Marty's Harry Meeks Sr. #22 with 6 points in his first 4 games with his new team and his son Harry Meeks Jr. who has been out with a broken wrist.  He did play last week but it was easy to see that he was not himself.

RECAP

We new this wasn't going to be an easy game for Enterprise. Marty's coming off a tough 2-1 loss last week to Savoy's injuries and looking to keep pace with Marty's and Snipers to this point, you knew they were going to come out firing. Despite nice goals by Mike and Joe Lubrano Marty's win 12-2 with Chris Wright scoring a Hat Trick and Harry Meeks Jr with a goal and 3 assists in the game.

PREVIEW

A rivarly game is on tap in this one. Two teams that have battled in close games for the last couple of seasons. Both teams looking for a big win to establish themselves in the standings. Wildflowers will have to keep an eye out for Matt Luber, while Papp's has to keep an eye out for The Kunckers and Jay Torretta, a new player establishing himself as a big part of Wildflowers leading his team in scoring.

GAME RECAP

Wildflowers leading scorer Jon Kuncker got his team with jump started with a goal in the 1st and a goal in the 2nd to give them a 2-0 lead. But the presistence of Papp's paid off, with just 1:30 left in the 2nd period Jeff Kryzanowski cut the lead in half. Then later in the game on a power play goal Papp's tied the game. But then with just  1:17 left before overtime Jeff Kryzanowski gives his team a big lift and the win.

Preview/Recap

PREVIEW

A huge game to cap off the day between the undefeated Snipers and The Cutters who have 1 loss to their record.  The Cutters have an exceptionally powerful offense this year as they are 2nd in goals scored with 24 only behind the Snipers with 36. Stonecutters have relied on Rich Wood while also being team that does not quit, are very stingy giving up goals. They will have their hands full dealing with The line of Yocugrivcs (Billy Yocum, Danny and Matt Grivnovics) who are out to quick starts in scoring. Both teams have spread out their scoring Snipers with 9 guys scoring 2 or more including Alan Sherman, which through 4 weeks is outscoring Sandro Mondello 3 points to 2. Stonecutters with at least a remarkable 15 guys scoring 2 points or more.  According to some people this will be the biggest test in the first 5 weeks Snipers and goalie Dave Bennett will face. This could very well be the game of the day.

GAME RECAP

In what was probably the game of the week, the undefeated Snipers taking on the always stubborn Stonecutters. Snipers have taken some hits to their early success because of possibly an easier schedule. So with the Cutters finishing in 3rd place last season and adding scoring to their team this year, this will be the Snipers biggest test. The Snipers jumped out to a 1-0 lead with a goal by Jeff Rigby. Just one minute played in the second period the Cutters scored 2 goals within a minute to take the lead 2-1. Both goaltenders, Rich Wood for Stonecutters and Dave Bennett for Snipers were tested and each stood strong. But it was late in the 3rd period with just under 5 minutes left Danny Grivnovics tied the game with a power play goal and then about a minute a half later Billy Yocum gave the Snipers the lead for good and kept them undefeated.
